Signup forms for both cheer and football available below.
Signup cost for football – $125 Signup cost for cheer – $60
What to bring: Sign up forms filled our and signed by both athlete and parents, registration fee (check/cash/credit card).
Additional Stuff: If we do not have a copy of your birth certificate, we will need a copy (there are many reasons we may not have it). If your athlete did not play last fall, we need measurements for them when you sign up.
